Day 3: Night and Day

Today I decided to photograph more parts of the house. I was inspired by the chiaroscuro effects of the light, as you can see of the study of the table in the afternoon and evening.

Just kidding. Actually, Mommy just put my camera on me again when she got home, so I took more photos while I was sitting at the dining room table with her and Daddy. The camera is okay, but I have more fun when I get to run around all nekkid, without my collar.

Day 2: Other Rooms

Today was the second day of the Friskies Cat Cam Project. I felt more secure with my camera today and took photos of more than just the bed (though that is my favoritest place to nap).

Day 1: The Bedroom

Today was my first day on assignment. It was a lovely, sunny day today, so I spent it sunning myself and napping on Mommy and Daddy's bed upstairs. I'm still getting used to this photography thing, so there were a lot of black photos on my camera.

Mommy seems hopeful that tomorrow I'll capture more exciting subjects than the bed linens. We'll see...

Ready for Duty!

Smudge E. Cat, Repurrter

I'm all set for my first day as a Feline Repurrter. Just what is this new assignment I'm working on? Here's what the Flickr Group where my photos will be stored says:

About Friskies Cat Cam Focus Group

Welcome to the Friskies focus group, where 50 previously selected cat owners post photos from the cameras their felines are wearing for this first-of-its kind research project. Through these photos we hope to find out the age-old question, “What does my cat do when I’m not home?”

This project is being held from Sept. 23-30. Beginning October 1, an animal behaviorist will analyze the photos from across the country to find out what our kitties do while we aren’t home. The results will be posted in an online newsletter, “The Scratchington Post.”

Friskies Repurrter, Reporting for Duty!

Today is the first day of the Friskies Repurrting project. The FedEx man arrived nice and early (7 AM!) to drop off my repurrting package.

Inside was my camera and all the information I need to get started.

I set up this blog so my adoring fans can keep up-to-date on all my adventures.

I take my job of feline repurrter very seriously. Though sometimes it takes a bit of 'nip to get the creative juices flowing.
